Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
We hope you are doing well. This notification is to inform all members of our school community about several important updates regarding academic activities, extracurricular programs, student welfare initiatives, upcoming events, and general school guidelines for the upcoming term. We request all parents and students to carefully read the information provided below and take note of the relevant dates and instructions.
As we begin a new phase of the academic year, our primary focus remains on maintaining a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment for all students. Teachers have prepared detailed lesson plans and assessment schedules to ensure that students continue to achieve their academic goals while also developing important life skills.
The first round of monthly assessments will commence from Monday, 15th July, and continue throughout the week. Students are advised to review the study materials shared by their respective subject teachers and attend all revision sessions. The assessment timetable has been published on the school portal and can also be obtained from class teachers. Attendance during examination days is mandatory unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
In addition to academics, the school will be conducting a series of extracurricular activities aimed at encouraging creativity, teamwork, and personal development. Students are invited to participate in various competitions, including debate, essay writing, science exhibitions, art contests, coding challenges, and sports events. Registration forms for these activities will be available through the school administration office and the parent portal. We encourage all students to participate actively and make the most of these opportunities.
The Annual Cultural Festival is scheduled to take place during the second week of August. Preparations for performances, exhibitions, and cultural presentations will begin shortly. Students interested in participating in dance, music, drama, or other cultural events should register their names with the designated coordinators before the announced deadline. Further details regarding rehearsal schedules and costume requirements will be shared separately.
As part of our commitment to student health and wellbeing, a comprehensive health awareness program will be conducted for all grades. The program will include sessions on nutrition, physical fitness, mental wellbeing, digital safety, and responsible use of technology. Healthcare professionals and guest speakers will interact with students and provide valuable guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Parents are reminded to ensure that students arrive at school on time each day. Regular attendance plays a vital role in academic success and helps students stay engaged with classroom activities. Any planned absence should be communicated to the school office in advance. Students must wear the prescribed school uniform and carry their identification cards at all times while on campus.
We would also like to remind everyone about the importance of maintaining respectful behavior within the school premises. Bullying, harassment, inappropriate language, and any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. Students are expected to demonstrate kindness, responsibility, and respect toward their peers, teachers, and school staff. The school continues to promote a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.
To improve communication between the school and families, several enhancements have been introduced to the parent portal. Parents can now access attendance records, examination results, homework assignments, event notifications, fee statements, and teacher communications through a single platform. We encourage all parents to regularly review updates and ensure that their contact information remains current.
The school library has recently expanded its collection with new books covering literature, science, technology, history, and personal development. Students are encouraged to make use of these resources to support their learning and foster a lifelong love of reading. Library orientation sessions will be conducted for younger students during the coming weeks.
Please note that the school campus will remain closed on public holidays as per the academic calendar. Any changes to the schedule due to weather conditions, public announcements, or administrative requirements will be communicated through official channels, including SMS, email, and the parent portal.
We sincerely thank all parents and guardians for their continued support and cooperation. The partnership between families and educators plays a crucial role in helping students achieve their full potential. Together, we can ensure a successful, rewarding, and enjoyable academic experience for every student.
Should you have any questions or require further clarification regarding any of the information mentioned above, please feel free to contact the school administration office during working hours.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
Warm regards,
School Administration Team
