School Fee Payment

Fees are reviewed annually in May, and parents/guardians are notified of any adjustments at that time.

Our preferred method of communication is by email, invoices, statements, and ad hoc communications will be sent to parents/guardians by email.

An invoice for school fees is issued in June and fees can be paid in full at that time or in either 2 installments (June and November) or 10 equal monthly installments (June to March inclusive).

PLEASE NOTE – from June 2021 it is mandatory that school fees are paid by Direct Debit.

To this end we will be sending a DD mandate to all parents/guardians for completion, you can advise on fee payment regularity on this form. The form will be sent by email.

Additional charges (e.g., TY Fee, Music Fee) will be added to your account throughout the school year. These charges will be added to your monthly direct debit when they fall due.

Invoices are issued in June and statements are issued at the end of each term. Receipts are issued on request only.

Easy Payments
